1. Who we are

Man and Van Hire (24hrs.london) is a trading name of IGI Security Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15881180, registered office: 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 4944a, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW. 2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided by phone, WhatsApp or email based on the information you give us (items, addresses, access, dates). Hourly rates start from £45/hr with a minimum booking period; fixed prices may be agreed for long-distance moves. A quote may be revised if the job on the day differs materially from what was described (for example additional items, restricted access, or waiting time).

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless agreed otherwise in advance. Parking fees, congestion/ULEZ charges and tolls required to carry out your move are added at cost.

4. Insurance

Goods-in-transit cover of up to £10,000 per booking is included as standard while your items are being loaded, transported and unloaded by our team. Higher limits can be arranged in advance for high-value moves. Items packed by the customer in boxes are moved on the basis that they were packed appropriately.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or rearrange free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a reasonable charge reflecting reserved time.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (traffic incidents, extreme weather, building access failures). Claims for loss or damage should be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the move.

7. Your responsibilities

Please ensure accurate information when booking, safe access at both addresses, and that any parking permissions required for a van at your addresses are arranged unless we have agreed to handle them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
